Residential Electrical Inspection

A inspection of primary components can help reduce your risk of electrical failure.
A Residential Electrical Inspection includes the following items:
- Check Panel box and and any sub-panels.
- Check all AFCI or GFCI Breakers for proper operation.
- Inspect Smoke/CO2 Alarms, and replace batteries.
- Check any GFCI receptacles for proper operation.
- Infrared imaging of electrical panel.
If we find any defective items, we will replace that item free of charge while we are there. Customer will only be responsible for the cost of the item being replaced.
